General Policy

Patients are required to follow all hospital rules, safety guidelines, and administrative procedures during their stay or visit. The hospital reserves the right to modify policies without prior notice.

Registration & Identification

Accurate personal information must be provided at the time of registration. Patients must carry their hospital ID card/registration number for all services.

Treatment & Consent

Medical treatment will be provided only after obtaining informed consent from the patient or legal guardian. Emergency procedures may be carried out if delay poses a risk to life.

Payment & Billing

All charges for consultation, investigations, procedures, medicines, and hospital services must be paid as per the billing schedule.
The hospital is not responsible for reimbursement issues with insurance companies.

Insurance & Cashless Facility

Cashless approval is subject to insurer/TPA guidelines. Patients must submit all required documents on time. Any amount not covered by insurance must be paid by the patient.

Patient Responsibilities Patients must:
  • Follow the treatment plan advised by doctors.
  • Inform doctors about allergies, ongoing medications, or previous illnesses.
  • Respect hospital staff and other patients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and avoid misuse of hospital property.
Visiting Policy

Visitors are allowed only during designated visiting hours. Children below 12 years are not permitted inside wards for safety reasons.

Emergency & Critical Care

In emergency situations, the hospital will prioritize life-saving treatment. Delays due to external factors such as insurance approvals are not the hospital’s responsibility.

Discharge Process

Discharge will be completed only after clearance of all payments and documentation. Delays may occur due to medical or administrative reasons.

Prohibited Activities

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, use of drugs, photography, video recording, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited inside the hospital premises.

Liability Disclaimer

The hospital shall not be held responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables. All medical treatments are carried out as per standard clinical protocols; however, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
